Senior Executive Merchandiser (India)

Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India

As a Senior Executive Merchandiser at Troy Companies India, you are responsible for the complete cycle of garment orders – from product development and costing to sourcing, production planning, quality control, order management, and shipment coordination. You will work closely with our headquarters and export partners, ensuring that all processes meet customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The role also includes market analysis, strategic input, and problem-solving to support profitability and continuous improvement.

Coordinate the full production process, from sampling to delivery
Manage costing, sourcing, and production planning
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with buyer requirements
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, exporters, and internal teams
Conduct market analysis and prepare reports

Wat breng je mee?

At least 2 years in an export house and 6 years in a buying office
Any degree (minimum undergraduate level)
Strong communication skills and a transparent, reliable attitude
Respect for time and resources — whether those of the customer, exporter, or company

Salary: Rs. 45,000 – 50,000 /- per month
